Return Policy

• - Returns will be accepted within 10 days of delivery.
• - You MUST contact us via email at cs_gems@yahoo.com within 10 days if you intend to return any item back to our store.
• - Returned item must be in its original condition (unused, unaltered).
• - If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately.
• - Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. (original shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping is paid by customer).
**Please note that Sale items, jewelry, hats, belts and bags are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.
Please do not return any item without first contacting us.
Be sure to get tracking information when returning a package, we will not be responsible for lost packages during transit.
