Illinois residents are subject to sales tax included at checkout.

Purchases are shipped via first class USPS mail daily from Edwardsville, Illinois. Transit time is generally 5-7 business days for packages shipped within the US.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your full price item purchase, please contact us at cs_gems@yahoo.com and we will provide the return shipping address.

• We accept returns postmarked within 20 days of the date of purchase.

• Returns must be unworn and unwashed.

• NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS, BELTS, JEWELRY, HATS, DOORBUSTERS, OR BRALETTES. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee unless the product was damaged.

• Shipping fees are non refundable.

• Sizing exchanges on exact items only will be shipped free of charge within the United States.
